The National Confederation of Persons with Disabilities (ESAmeA), lead partner of the 4PLUS project, invites you to a five-day online educational course on: "Rescue and support of people with disabilities and/or chronic diseases in cases of crises and disasters".
The workshop is free and addressed to helpers/rescuers, either professionals or volunteers, and addresses the issue of rescue procedures and support in particular for people with disabilities, people with chronic conditions and their families.
In the context of the workshop, issues related to the needs and characteristics of the various categories of disability and chronic diseases will be presented and discussed, as well as good practices related to the response to crises and natural disasters, the organization, preparation and training of citizens, the taking of preventive protection measures, the providing support during the recovery phase, etc.
